High-Level Financial Plan
We provide every approved club with a simple, consistent financial model that ensures fairness, transparency, and predictable revenue (Exact formulas and breakdowns are provided only after clubs are accepted into PIL).


This Model Ensures:

Clubs recover their Home-match court costs

Clubs maintain alignment with other participating clubs

Players pay a clear, reasonable price based on division size
-
PIL remains consistent, fair, and competitive across the region
How Clubs Make Money
Our process is intentionally simple and uniform across the league (The detailed per-team and per-player pricing sheet is shared only after clubs sign the participation agreement.)
Team Fee
Clubs receive a uniform Team Fee through their normal booking system.
Admin Fee
PIL collects a small Per Player Admin Fee for league operations.
Team Share
Teams split the Team Fee among players as they choose.
How Clubs Qualify
Qualified clubs receive immediate onboarding materials and the full participation packet.
Club Qualification Criteria
To maintain consistency, fairness, and competitive integrity, clubs must meet:

Staffed pickleball or racquet facility

Ability to allocate two courts for Home matches

A designated Club Admin (part-time is fine)

Ability to process Team Fees internally

Agreement to PIL’s participation standards

Operational alignment with PIL’s seasonal timeline
